Sunday School

Sunday School – 9:15 AM

Sunday School classes are provided for all ages from 9:15 to 10:00 a.m. Each quarter we try to offer one or two Sunday School electives for the adults. Topics range from the study of a book of the Bible, to a practical study on any number of issues important to Christians, to Church History. If you are interested in learning more about the Church, we also regularly offer an Inquirer’s Class that provides an overview of the things we believe here at Grace.

The Nursery Ministry exists to provide a safe and loving environment where children will love to come to church, begin to learn Bible truths, and experience the love of Jesus. Nursery for infants through 4 year olds is provided during the 9:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. worship services.

We are committed to the Christian education of our children. We believe that the church’s role is to assist parents in knowing how to raise their children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. Therefore, we place a high priority on teaching them both the importance and application of family worship in the home. We also emphasize the importance of families worshiping together on the Lord’s Day. While we do offer a nursery for infants and toddlers, we encourage parents to bring their children into corporate worship with them at age 5 (or earlier if they so desire) so that children may learn how to worship by watching and listening to their parents.

We also recognize that children need education that is directed specifically at their various stages of life and development. Thus, we offer age-specific opportunities for your children to learn.

Sunday School for all ages meets at 9:15 am

Pastor Andy Berg oversees our youth and children’s ministries. We have an unwavering commitment to the Christian education of our youth. We believe that the church’s role is to assist parents in equipping their teenagers to be godly men and women. We seek to teach them the importance of family worship in the home, as well as the importance of families worshiping together on the Lord’s Day.

In addition, we recognize that youth need biblical, theological, and practical education that is directed specifically at their stage of life. Thus, we offer several age-specific opportunities for your youth to learn and grow in Christ.

  • Youth Sunday school meets at 9:15 am
  • Youth Group (Junior and Senior High) meets on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm at the church.
  • Various other trips and events as a youth group and with families are planned throughout the year.

The purpose of our Women’s Ministry (WM) here at Grace is that every woman know Christ personally and be committed to extending His kingdom in her life, home, church, community, and throughout the world.” The Titus 2 mandate (Titus 2:1-5) for women to nurture other women is the driving force of our women’s ministry because this is part of the covenant privilege and responsibility of women.

The purpose of Grace’s Men’s Ministry (Iron Sharpens Iron) is to encourage and build vital relationships. We do this to enable men to support each other, to become more devoted followers of Jesus Christ, and to develop into the servant leaders of their family, church, work, and community.
